Park Use and Event Request

A Permit shall be obtained from the Park Board or authorized representative before participating in any special use or activity at the park.

A person, organization or business seeking issuance of a Park Use Permit shall file an application with the Park Board and receive approval from a board member prior to activities. Applicants will be notified by the Park Board of the date their request will be considered. Please review the entire Park Rules prior to submitting an application for consideration.

Pavilion Reservation – A person seeking issuance of a permit for pavilion reservations shall file an application with the Park Board using the “Park Use and Event Request Form” below.

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Applicant hereby agrees to be responsible for repairing any damage / loss to the park or equipment which may arise from the above mentioned of negligence on the part of said individual or organization, or the acts of any of its employees, agents, or anyone visiting the event upon the express invitation of said applicant. Applicant further agrees to adhere to all park rules which have been adopted by the LaGrange Community Park Board.
